The 49ers lost to the Seahawks, 20-17, on Sunday. San Francisco fell to 5-5 on the season with the loss. The 49ers lost All-Pro pass rusher Nick Bosa to an injury early in the second half. He appeared to aggravate a hip injury and did not return.
When Bosa went down with his injury, some NFL fans took to social media, choosing to celebrate it.
“YESSSS HOPEFULLY HIS CAREER IS OVER,” one fan added.
“Suck it Bosa. He’s useless,” one fan added.
The NFL fans celebrating Bosa’s injury are certainly upset with the All-Pro pass rusher for supporting Donald Trump. The former Ohio State Buckeyes star flashed a white and gold Make America Great Again hat during a postgame interview on NBC, following the 49ers’ win over the Cowboys last month.
When pressed by reporters about his decision, Bosa said that he thinks it’s a “really important time.”
Bosa was happy with the results of the 2024 presidential election, as Trump won, with a decisive victory, getting to 312 electoral college votes, compared to Kamala Harris’ 226.
